Chief AI Officer

Zongjian is responsible for Lumachain’s Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision department globally, and the AI data platform team. He and his team of world-class engineers ensure that our computer vision solutions meet our customers’ needs and are robust and scalable.

He has a PhD in Computer Vision & Natural Language AI from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), and a Master of Engineering (Mechatronics) from Beijing Jiaotong University. Zongjian has extensive R&D engineering experiences in AI in both China and Australia, including as a Research Engineer focusing on data science projects at CSIRO’s Data 61, as a Senior R&D Engineer focusing on computer vision projects at UTS, and as Senior Full-Stack Engineer in startups.
