As CTO, Jack is responsible for Lumachain’s technology organization. With a focus on building a great technology team using the best tools and processes to efficiently deliver high quality solutions to our customers.

Prior to joining us, he worked as a leader in Google’s Site Reliability Engineering team, ensuring Google’s enterprise applications ran as securely and reliably as physically possible using Google Cloud. With over three decades’ enterprise technology experience, including leading engineering teams at start-ups, and in a range of technology leadership roles in banking and fintech.

Jack’s core strength is building high performing, engaged, scalable, global enterprise technology organizations. He is equally passionate about technology itself and building highly effective technology teams with amazing cultures.
