Tom is responsible for managing a major Lumachain account, leading a dedicated cross-functional team focused on that customer. Prior to joining Lumachain, Tom led strategy and execution of strategy for Cargill Protein, including 35+ facilities in North America and including development and support of common manufacturing execution systems and protein warehouse functionality across seven different protein product lines.​ He also has extensive experience in operations financial analysis.
