Global Head of Infrastructure

Laszlo Kerekes is responsible for the reliability, security, and scalability of the Lumachain’s global infrastructure platform, leading a team in Australia.  He joined Lumachain in February 2025, bringing deep experience supporting mission-critical systems in complex food production environments.

Prior to Lumachain, Laszlo held senior infrastructure leadership roles at OSI Europe, a key Lumachain customer. OSI is one of the world’s leading food processors, supplying McDonald’s, Chipotle and Marks & Spencer. As Manager, IT Infrastructure Europe, he led IT operations across 17 sites in 8 countries, managing a team of 28 staff. He was responsible for infrastructure strategy, vendor management, and multi-year budget planning, and led the standardization of systems and service desk operations across the region. He also oversaw the successful integration and site migration of an acquired business in the Netherlands. Earlier, Laszlo led IT service and support teams across Europe, driving operational improvements, incident management reform, and capability development.

At Lumachain, he works closely with artificial intelligence, software engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to align infrastructure strategy with business outcomes, regulatory requirements, and long-term platform resilience.
