Head of Product

Paul is responsible for Lumachain’s product delivery, design and user experience function. He is a strong proponent for the use of Customer Centric Design to identify and solve complex customer problems.

Paul has 10+ years’ Agile implementation and transformation experience at mid-large scale organizations, as well as extensive experience in complex product development and implementing Agile frameworks at scale.

Prior to Lumachain, Paul spent five years at Class Limited, a technology business listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for running the Product Management function for their flagship product.

Paul holds a Masters degree from the University of New South Wales, and a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Law degree from Macquarie University with First Class Honours. He also holds various industry certifications for Agile Practices, Product Management and Business Analysis.
