Prior to helping launch Lumachain with his wife Jamila, Revel was one of Australia and the Asia Pacific’s leading executive coaches, with a particular focus in the tech area. Revel has coached executives and their teams at over 120 organisations, including Atlassian, Google, NASDAQ, Disney and Novartis.

At Lumachain, he has the opportunity to put into practice over 15 years’ experience around building amazing cultures and teams, where talented people can be the very best versions of themselves, and work together to change the world. Revel has a Masters of Science in Coaching Psychology, and is a former director of the International Coach Federation – Australasia. Prior to his coaching career, Revel was National Sales Director at Forrester Research in Australia and National Sales Manager at Fairfax Online.
