Hiring senior, mid-level and junior/graduate roles, Lumachain is developing a complex computer vision-based Artificial Intelligence platform in a highly collaborative environment. About the Role

Reporting to the Technical Lead or Senior Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will have strong technical skills and will also be a strong cultural fit for our organisation. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • You will have extensive expertise in Python programming with decent experience in python machine learning and data science packages such as Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib and Pandas.
  • You have a good understanding of machine learning concepts with a knowledge of Image Processing and Computer Vision. 
  • You will be familiar with python computer vision packages such as OpenCV and scikit image. 
  • You will have some experience with deep learning packages such as tensorflow, PyTorch and / or Darknet. 
  • You will be familiar with Linux environment including some server admin knowledge. 

Outstanding candidates may also have experience in: 

  • Practical and commercial experience in object classification, segmentation and complex object tracking, using cutting-edge Computer Vision and machine learning technologies is advantageous. 
  • Experience with Docker is a plus. 
  • Masters or a PhD in related fields is a plus but not essential.  

You will combine excellent programming skills and strong relevant experience and a track record of delivering practical, commercially relevant Computer Vision solutions.
